BP Electric Earns Technology, Service Awards at HomeServe’s Seventh Annual Contractor Awards

13 Businesses Celebrated for Exceptional Service Delivery, Customer Experience

Chattanooga, Tenn. – BP Electric of Ohio in Lexington was honored during the Seventh Annual HomeServe Contractor Awards at the Downtown Chattanooga Marriott in September.

BP Electric received the Great Lakes Service Delivery Award for its exceptional work as one of HomeServe’s leading network contractors. The company also received the Best Use of Technology Award.

Contractors in all categories were evaluated against several criteria for awards, including performance reports, score cards and customer feedback, among other measures.

Out of a network of 2,400 contractors across the country, BP Electric was in elite company as one of 13 contractors honored for raising the industry bar and achieving excellence in customer service and service delivery to customers of HomeServe.

BP Electric has been part of HomeServe’s nationwide network of contractors for 14 years and performed 3,700 jobs for HomeServe customers in the last year. The company has been one of the top installers of electric vehicle home charging stations in the Great Lakes area for HomeServe.

The Service Delivery Award is presented to those contractors who have gone above and beyond in delivering an excellent customer experience and quality workmanship. The Best Use of Technology Award is given to the contractor who makes the best use of the technology provided to them by HomeServe.
